The entry requirements are Diploma in Forestry, Agriculture or other natural resources related field from a recognized institution with a distinction or credit in addition to the Malawi School Certificate of Education (with a maximum of 30 points) or its equivalent with strong credits in science subjects as stipulated from time to time.
Admission requirements for 4 year BSc in Forestry (Generic and upgrading programme)
Candidates are required to successfully fulfil course requirements by completing at least 480 credit hours in 8 semesters. The entry requirements for the generic students are the Malawi School Certificate of Education (with a maximum of 30 points) or its equivalent with strong credits in science subjects. Upgrading students who have certificate in Forestry, Agriculture or other natural resources related fields obtained from a recognized institution of higher learning also require the Malawi School Certificate of Education (with a maximum of 30 points) or its equivalent with strong credits in science subjects.
